By using AI features, you consent to secure data transmission for processing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, logos, and design elements of Gemliox are the intellectual property of Gemliox and are protected by applicable laws.

  • Create derivative works

Without prior written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Services.

However, you grant Gemliox a limited license to process such content solely for providing functionality (e.g., AI enhancement).
